GRAND ISLAND (SNR) - The National Council of Catholic Women’s Omaha Province annual meeting will be held July 15 at Blessed Sacrament’s Jubilee Hall in Grand Island, 518 W. State St.
Registration is from 8:15 to 9 a.m. The cost for the day is $20 (includes continental breakfast and lunch). The day will include a living rosary, Mass, reports from presidents and special projects from the three arch/diocesan councils interwoven with remembering past women servants of the Lord, learning more about NCCW resources and protocol and a province director report. The Omaha Province guidelines are ready for approval and the history of the Omaha Province has been combined into one document and prepared for presentation.
Women from all parishes across Nebraska are cordially invited and encouraged to attend the time of learning, spirituality and fellowship that can further be shared with local Councils of Catholic Women (CCW) or altar societies, deaneries and arch/dioceses.
